Luncheon and dinner socials provide an opportunity for anyone who has lost a loved one to meet with others and share support. Tim Kennard River Run 10 Miler & 5K

The event begins with a Family Sports and Fitness Expo at the Maggs Physical Center at Salisbury University. The river run kicks off Sunday, with a 10-mile race, 5k and noncompetitive walk at 8:30 a.m. The race costs $45 before race day and $50 on Sunday....

Founded in 1980, Coastal Hospice is a private non-profit community program that provides traditional hospice services, palliative care, bereavement support, education and training to residents in Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, and Somerset Counties on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. About 100 people are employed by Coastal Hospice and over 300 individuals volunteer. The main office for the organization is located at 2604 Old Ocean City Road in Salisbury.
