Quality of Life Advocate

This award recognizes the advocates who tirelessly promote dignity and quality of life to our community. Individuals and organizations that demonstrate commitment and persistence in support of the progression and delivery of hospice and palliative care services. This recipient is dedicated to alleviating serious health related suffering of patients and their families to improve their quality of life.
