He will share his own strategies for meeting patients where they are\, choosing helpful words\, and having meaningful and productive conversations with patients and their families. \nObjectives:1. Understand importance of having conversations about Hospice2. When is appropriate to have these conversations3. Choose helpful words and avoid using terms that are harmful4.
