DESCRIPTION:Celebrate with us on July 17\, 2025\, in honor of our 45th anniversary. \nWe are proud to announce a landmark celebration in honor of our 45th anniversary. \nOn Thursday\, July 17\, 2025\, the community is invited to gather for an elegant evening at the Fountains Wedding & Conference Center\, located at 1800 Sweetbay Drive in Salisbury\, MD\, to commemorate more than four decades of dedicated service on Maryland’s Lower Eastern Shore. \nThis year’s theme\, “A Legacy of Care\, Built on 45 Years of Experience\,” reflects the profound impact Coastal Hospice has made since its founding\, and the enduring commitment to compassionate end-of-life care across Dorchester\, Somerset\, Wicomico\, and Worcester counties. \nThe gala promises an unforgettable experience filled with heartfelt tributes and vibrant celebration. Guests will enjoy a lavish buffet dinner and the opportunity to bid on exclusive items during a silent auction. The evening will also include special recognition of individuals and partners who have made significant contributions to the organization’s mission. To top off the celebration\, live music by the high-energy On the Edge band will keep the dance floor alive well into the evening\, creating a joyful atmosphere to honor Coastal Hospice’s remarkable journey. \nTickets and sponsorship opportunities are available\, offering individuals and businesses a chance to show their support while enjoying a night to remember.
