DESCRIPTION:Struggling with the loss of a loved one? Please join our FREE 6-Week Grief Support Group \nWe offer in-person and online Grief and Loss Support Groups throughout the year. The purpose of these support groups is to provide an atmosphere of trust and acceptance in which participants may freely share their experiences\, struggles\, feelings\, and concerns as well as their strengths\, solutions\, and joys. This group will encourage participants to create friendships and network with each other. This support is offered at no cost to any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one\, even if they were not a patient of Coastal Hospice. One-on-one phone support or in-person meetings are available by request. \nMONDAYSJuly 22 – August 263:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.MAC Area Agency on Aging909 Progress Circle\, Salisbury\, MD 21804 \nAdditional Details:– Open to ALL community members experiencing grief and loss\, whether or not you were supported by Coastal Hospice.– We request that you wait a minimum of 3 months after the death of loved one to attend.– Commitment to attend all meetings is highly encouraged.– For the first session\, please bring a photo or item that you feel comfortable talking about as an introduction to the loved one you lost.– We will be respectful of peoples time\, meetings will start and stop at scheduled times. \nScroll Down to register – Registration and support are at no cost\, but space is limited.Only Name and Email are required. DESCRIPTION:Coastal Hospice invites you and your family to honor the life of your loved one by attending our Somerset County Memorial Gathering. We look forward to seeing you and sharing together this time of remembrance. \nEveryone is invited to either bring their own seashell or Coastal Hospice will have shells available. Attendees will be asked to write their loved ones names on the shell and following a brief time of reflection will return the shell to Tangier Sound in the Chesapeake Bay. Coastal Hospice staff will be present to offer grief support and general information about the organization to anyone interested in learning more about the services Coastal Hospice offers. \nTuesday\, August 6 @ 5:00 P.M.\nSomers Cove Marina\n715 Broadway Avenue\, Crisfield MD \nFREE Parking and Handicap Accessible. Feel free to bring a chair. \nRegistration and support is offered at no cost\, whether or not you were supported by Coastal Hospice. To reserve a spot\, please register below.
