Please join our FREE 6-Week Grief Support Group \nCoastal Hospice grief support groups are increasingly being recognized as an effective way to promote healing through education and support after the loss of a loved one or close friend. Our support group members report a strong positive impact based on both the psycho-educational aspects of groups and the “haven” setting we provide for emotional expression and release of feelings. Doing grief work can lead to self-discovery\, self-reflection\, introspection\, transformation\, and healing. DESCRIPTION:May 4\, 11\, 18\, 25 | June 1\, 8\, 15 \nThe purpose of these support groups is to provide an atmosphere of trust and acceptance in which participants may freely share their experiences\, struggles\, feelings\, and concerns as well as their strengths\, solutions\, and joys. This group will encourage participants to create friendships and network with each other. This support is offered at no cost to any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one\, even if they were not a patient of Coastal Hospice. DESCRIPTION:Coastal Hospice invites you and your family to honor the life of your loved one by attending our Dorchester County Memorial Gathering. We look forward to seeing you and sharing together this time of remembrance. \nDuring the summer and fall\, Coastal Hospice hosts four community-based memorial ceremonies. These are at no cost and open to the public. The purpose of these gatherings is to provide a time of remembrance and reflection. Part of our time together will include a shell ritual. Please join our FREE 6-Week Grief Support Group \nCoastal Hospice grief support groups are increasingly being recognized as an effective way to promote healing through education and support after the loss of a loved one or close friend. Our support group members report a strong positive impact based on both the psycho-educational aspects of groups and the “haven” setting we provide for emotional expression and release of feelings. Doing grief work can lead to self-discovery\, self-reflection\, introspection\, transformation\, and healing.
