SUMMARY:Camp Chameleon 2025
DESCRIPTION:Camp Chameleon is a 3-day summer day camp open to children ages 6 to 12. The camp offers a safe place for these children to express their grief\, to explore the many emotions that accompany the death of someone close\, and to learn age-appropriate coping skills that will assist them on their grief journey. Camp Chameleon is hosted through a partnership between The Personal Wellness Center and Coastal Hospice\, both in Salisbury\, MD.\nCamp Chameleon begins with a family event at 5:30 p.m.\, Tuesday\, June 24\, 2025\, at the WinterPlace Park Pavilion\, located at 6737 Blue Ribbon Rd\, Salisbury\, MD 21804. The three days of Camp (June 25-27) take place at The Personal Wellness Center at 6508 Deer Pointe Drive #4C\, Salisbury\, MD 21804 and will be filled with fun and activities for the campers. Breakfast and lunch provided daily! Each child will receive a t-shirt and supplies for all activities. We encourage families to participate on Friday\, during the last portion of camp for a debriefing.
