DESCRIPTION:Coastal Hospice invites you and your family to honor the life of your loved one by attending our Somerset County Memorial Gathering. We look forward to seeing you and sharing together this time of remembrance. \nEveryone is invited to either bring their own seashell or Coastal Hospice will have shells available. Attendees will be asked to write their loved ones names on the shell and following a brief time of reflection will return the shell to Tangier Sound in the Chesapeake Bay. Coastal Hospice staff will be present to offer grief support and general information about the organization to anyone interested in learning more about the services Coastal Hospice offers. \nTuesday\, August 6 @ 5:00 P.M.\nSomers Cove Marina\n715 Broadway Avenue\, Crisfield MD \nFREE Parking and Handicap Accessible. Feel free to bring a chair. \nRegistration and support is offered at no cost\, whether or not you were supported by Coastal Hospice. To reserve a spot\, please register below.
