Signature events are essential to our fundraising activities. Each of these events assists in raising critical dollars to continue our mission to promote dignity and quality of life for patients and families who face life-limiting conditions. It also provides excellent opportunities to educate and engage new community members.
Be an Angel
“LIFE IS FULL OF MOMENTS THAT ONLY YOU AND YOUR ANGELS SHARE”
The annual Be An Angel Appeal is our primary fundraising campaign for charity care and the bereavement program. Your gift is accompanied by an ornament in memory of or in honor of a loved one, which we will lovingly display on one of our 13 Angel Trees located throughout the Counties we serve.
Remembering the Angels in your life helps Coastal Hospice to continue our mission to promote dignity and quality of life for patients and families who face life-limiting conditions.
The annual Quarter Auction is organized by Coastal Hospice staff members and benefits the Macky & Pam Stansell House. The event features delicious food and various in-kind items from the Delmarva area to be auctioned off.
Taste of Finer Things
Join Coastal Hospice for an evening of food and fine wine from the area’s best restaurants. This annual fundraiser benefits the Macky & Pam Stansell House.

Blues on the Bay
Hosted by Macky & Pam Stansell to benefit The Stansell House, this event is held at Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill. Tickets include an open bar, delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment by singer and saxophonist Everett Spells.
The Coastal Walk started in 2019 as a fundraiser to benefit the Macky & Pam Stansell House. The 2-mile walk and 5K run takes place in Assateague State Park and raised nearly $10,000 during its inaugural year. Check back for more details about the 2022 Coastal Walk.
Coastal Hospice is always seeking companies and organizations who are interested in developing sponsor or partner relationships, or hosting an event to benefit Coastal Hospice. Being a sponsor is a great way of giving back to your community while providing exposure for your business.
