Support Services
It can be hard to admit, but the truth is everyone could use a shoulder to lean on during difficult times. Our goal is to provide emotionally safe ways for our patients and families to feel supported. Whether you could use the ear of one of our spiritual care chaplains, or a gathering of those who are on the same path of grief, we have resources to help.
Grief Support
While grief is the normal and natural response to the loss of someone important to you, each person’s grief is unique; intensity, duration and recovery are individual responses. Our qualified Coastal Hospice bereavement counselors can help you navigate the grieving process – and it is a process that takes time.
Spiritual Care
We often find that our patients and family members want someone to talk about things they may not wish to discuss with those close to them for fear of upsetting them. Spiritual Care is the safe space in which people can say the hardest, scariest things about losing their own life or that of their loved one, and say it to those who have deep experience in hospice care.
Giving
Honor or remember someone you love and respect through one or more of our many donor programs and help support those who need it most.
