We are thrilled to continue our Coastal Caregiver Academy Free Education with our first live Virtual Conference “Navigating Seasons of Change: Compassionate Care Through Every Transition”. Pending continuing education credits: 1.0 contact hour for each topic listed on the flyer, including keynote speaker for physicians, nurses, and social workers. Coastal Caregiver Academy focuses on bringing timely and relevant clinical education to clinicians and healthcare workers as well as vital information in support of patients and their families. The goal for each topic is to share a wealth of information that our experts at Coastal Hospice have accumulated during 45 Years of caring for our communities.
