In this group led by Coastal Hospice Bereavement Director, Alvin Harmon, grief education is provided as well as the opportunity to share personal experiences, ways of coping, and helpful resources.

• Open to our Four Lower Shore Communities
• We request that you wait a minimum of 3 months after the death of a loved one to attend
• Commitment to attend all meetings is highly encouraged
